About My Approach
I bring experience as a brief solution therapist within the NHS, combined with training in transpersonal psychotherapeutic counseling. My background also includes meditation and holistic practices, allowing for a well-rounded, integrative healing experience.
I work with adults of all ages—from young adults navigating life transitions to older clients seeking clarity, support, or healing at any stage of life.

When you’re ready to dig a bit deeper, this 90-minute Deep Dive gives us the space to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. We’ll map out what’s working, what feels stuck, and what might need tuning up.
It’s space to slow down, say things out loud, and have a bit of a mental declutter — like Marie Kondo for the mind. We’ll talk it through, make sense of what’s been rattling around, and find one or two things you can actually do about it.
You’ll leave with a fresh perspective, a couple of next steps, and the sense that you might actually pull all this off.
No long-term commitment. No ten-step plan. Just one good conversation to help you get back on track.
