Hello, my name is William Lee. I work in talking therapies, helping people find clarity and calm when things feel a bit fragmented.
I worked as a counsellor for the NHS for two years supporting clients with all levels of trauma and risk, including relationship difficulties, burnout, grief, sexual trauma, neurodivergence, anger, shame, low self-esteem, depression, and anxiety.
Alongside this, I have facilitated men’s groups offering healing-focused work, meditation, and sound workshops. I work in a trauma-informed, relational way, supporting clients to feel heard, grounded, and better equipped to navigate life’s challenges.
Before counselling, I co-founded Kuu London, an osteopathy and complementary therapy clinic, where I gained extensive knowledge of a wide range of healing modalities — medical and holistic, Eastern and Western. My background is also rooted in years of meditation practice, self-enquiry, and the study of Vedic knowledge and traditions.
My work has deepened my belief in focused, effective therapy and the urgent need for accessible mental health care. I work with individuals respectfully and collaboratively, helping them navigate crisis and challenge by building vulnerability, self-empathy, emotional resilience, and a stronger connection to who they truly are.
